This particular set is awesome! I chose the Photopolymer Set, which by far is my favorite because you can easily see where you stamp. The other plus, when I received this set I noticed that Stampin’ Up! has “tagged” the edges of the stamp to help with the order of placement of this stamp.
Stamps: Lotus Blossom Stamp Set

So I am getting ready for my workshop this weekend and completely went blank on what to do! Serious creative block!! I know, nothing like last minute planning as well! lol
Thank goodness for Pintrest! I came across one of Michelle Zindorf’s cards and tutorials. SAVED BY THE BELL!
I whipped up this card for my workshop and managed to whip up a couple of different variations of it as well! I know looking at some of here designs you think, “No way I can do that, its way too complicated!” But in all reality, it was very easy to do and the tutorials are very well put together to help with creating it.
I did use Flower Soft on the tree to add a little something, something. If you don’t have any no worries I found a tutorial on how to make your own.!!
Stamps: Sheltering Tree
Inks: Basic Grey, Soft Sky, Versafine Black Ink
Paper: Whisper White, Wild Wasabi

Looking at this picture makes me wish it was this warm out! It has been brutally cold last couple weeks here in New England, I’m ready for Spring!
This by far is my favorite stamp set, Sheltering Tree, from the Stampin’ Up! Occasions Catalog. It’s great to make any scene for any season!

I don’t think there is enough time in the day to play! So here is one of my quick creations just to satisfy my creative bug this week. Soooo much fun! I used SU coaster board for the first time and LOVE it! I still have many things I would like to try with it for sure.
For All Things
Polka dot pieces
Clear emboss powder
Here’s another card using coaster board! I’m addicted!
Please excuse my photographs for a little while, my computer has been taken over by my children and is not working properly anymore. I am currently using my iPad and the quality isn’t as good as my camera.
So last night I was in one heck of a creative mode! I didn’t want to stop playing, darn sleep gets in the way all the time! So I got to use my hostess set from Stampin’ Up! LOVE IT! Normally I use my Copics to color with but decided to get out and dust off the SU markers. I had so much fun creating and forget how much I really liked working with them.
Stamps: Stampin’ Up! I like you
Paper: Whisper White and Sahara Sand
Ink: Craft White, Perfect Plum, Elegant Eggplant, Strawberry Slush, Crisp a Cantaloupe, Coastal Cabana, Lost Lagoon, Pear Pizzazz and Old Olive
Tools: Stampin’ Up! Blendabilities Markers
I love this stamp set! There is so many things you can do with it. The set is called Lovely as A Tree and is made by Stampin’ Up!.
What I did with this card is take making material (or post it notes) and place it on my card front where I did not want any ink to transfer too.
Next I inked my stamps that I chose with Always Artichoke. Next I used my Chocolate chip marker and colored the trunk of the tree.
I stamped the tree towards the bottom of the card, then kept stamping to make it look like there were trees in the back grounds.
Fall is officially here in Vermont! My favorite time of year, leading up to the holidays. With the cooler nights and comfortable days, my creativity kicks in. (Plus I don’t feel bad staying inside stamping all day)
I am doing a workshop in a couple weeks and decided to do Christmas cards! Doesn’t help I have been sucked in by the Stampin’ Up! Holiday catalogs! Oh so yummy! Question is what to get first!
